Returns & Refund Police

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged).
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the refund within 30 days using the original payment method.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable (except in case of defect).
