At Artifacts of the Stars, each creation is handcrafted with care in our workshop in France. We do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

1. Processing Time

Each talisman or piece of jewelry is handmade to order.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 day after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers to ensure secure delivery:

France: La Poste (Lettre Suivie / Colissimo)
Europe & International: La Poste International, or partner carriers depending on destination.

All shipments include a tracking number, provided to you by email once the package has been sent.

3. Delivery Times (Indicative)

France: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world (including USA, Canada, Asia): 7–20 business days
